What we do

Spain EPR Desk provides operational support to EU companies placing packaged products on the Spanish market: fact finding on packaging and product flows, coordination of the authorised-representative route where applicable, Product Producers Register coordination, producer responsibility organisation coordination, and a repeatable annual packaging reporting workflow.

Who it is for

Compliance, operations, finance and marketplace teams at companies in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and other EU countries that already sell, or plan to sell, packaged products in Spain.
